脑卒中患者心肺功能康复管理的最佳证据总结

【摘要】 目的 总结脑卒中患者心肺功能康复管理的最佳证据。方法 按照“6S”循证资源金字塔证据模型，
计算机检索中国卒中协会网、医脉通、中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学数据库、BMJ Best
Practice、UpToDate、英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所指南网站、美国国立指南库、苏格兰校际指南网站、美国心脏协
会/美国脑卒中协会网站、国际指南协作网站、Web of Science、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase中关于脑卒中患者
心肺功能康复管理的文献。检索时限为建库至2025年2月。由两名研究人员进行文献筛选及内容提取、质量评价、证
据提取与证据等级评价。结果 最终纳入文献25篇，包括指南10篇、专家共识8篇、系统评价7篇。通过证据提取与整
合最终形成了脑卒中患者心肺功能康复管理的最佳证据，包括团队建设、康复时机、康复锻炼评估、康复指导、运动
方案、运动效果评估与监督6个方面共33条证据。结论 本研究形成了脑卒中患者心肺功能康复管理的最佳证据，包
括团队建设、康复时机、康复锻炼评估、康复指导、运动方案、运动效果评估与监督6个方面共33条证据，为后续脑
卒中患者康复方案的个性化定制提供了依据。

Best Evidence Summary for Rehabilitation Management of Cardiopulmonary Function in Stroke Patients

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the best evidence for rehabilitation management of cardiopulmonary function in
stroke patients. Methods According to the "6S" evidence based resource pyramid model, the evidence related to rehabilitation
management of cardiopulmonary function in stroke patients was retrieved from Chinese Stroke Association Network, Medlive,
CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Data, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, BMJ Best Practice, UpToDate, Scottish Intercollegiate
Guidelines Network, National Guidelines Clearinghouse, Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network, American Heart Association/
American Stroke Association Network, Guidelines International Network, Web of Science, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase.
The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to February 2025. Two researchers screened the literature, extracted
the content, assessed the quality, and conducted the evidence extraction and evaluation. Results A total of 25 literatures were
included, including 10 guidelines, 8 expert consensus, 7 systematic reviews. Through evidence extraction and integration, the best
evidence for rehabilitation management of cardiopulmonary function in stroke patients was finally formed, including 6 aspects:
team building, rehabilitation time, rehabilitation exercise evaluation, rehabilitation guidance, exercise program, exercise effect
evaluation and supervision, including 33 pieces of best evidence. Conclusion This study summarized the best evidence for
rehabilitation management of cardiopulmonary function in stroke patients, including 6 aspects: team building, rehabilitation time,
rehabilitation exercise evaluation, rehabilitation guidance, exercise program, exercise effect evaluation and supervision, including
33 pieces of best evidence, and provides a basis for personalized customization of rehabilitation plans for stroke patients in the
future.
